I know that Terri Muraski at the University of WIsconsin Stout has a job
description and a great deal of other information about making libraries
accessible to people with disabilities.

Although she no longer has this position, I am sure she can put you in
touch with the person at Stout who took her position.

I am certain Terri would not mind your writing her at all.
