You might like to look at the reports of the TESTLAB project which is
testing the use of adapted workstations in public and academic
libraries in Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, Austria, together with
a study in Greece of an area without support services. Although there
is still a year to go on the project there are reports of library
staff training in the different countries. All reports are
downloadedable in Word and HTML
