There is a version of Dragon called Dragon Mobile which I believe uses a portable recorder and then converts.  The problem you will most likely run into is that you won't have speech files for the person you are interviewing or interviewing with.  Hope this helps.

Hi All

I am going to do some interviews later in the year, which I need to
transcribe.  Does anyone know of an option to input audio tapes into the
computer and convert to text ?

Has anyone used Dragon Dictate for such a purpose ?
