EASI's online course, Advanced Barrier-free Web Design starts June 2 and
runs for 4 weeks:
http://easi.cc/workshops/advwbsyl.htm
The Web is ever growing and changing. Besides becoming a
multimedia-intensive and interactive place, Web pages are becoming more
complex in a number of ways. Making these more complex and advanced Web
features accessible to users with disabilities who use specialized software
requires a more advanced knowledge than that of a beginner Web designer.
Web designers who are not highly technical Web masters need help as they
are forced to design at a more sophisticated level. Animations, scripts,
applettes, plugins, Java and Flash are only part of the changing Web. Now
that authoring assist those with limited technical know-how to create many
of these features, they need help in being able to insure that these
features are accessible.

EASI's courses specialize in taking complex, technical material and
presenting it for people who need the skills but do not need to become
technical Web experts.
The course is instructor-led and runs for 4 weeks. Material is on the Web
and online discussions are used to promote interaction between instructor
and participants.
** Note EASI's other June course is Barrier-free Information Technology.
