I really like the TrackMan Marble from Logitech--recommend for anyone. I
do a lot of drawing with the mouse and the marble leaves my arm at rest,
just my thumb moves the cursor onscreen. A coworker recommended one to
me and I was very skeptical about it, but by the end of the first day I
was very grateful for her suggestion. They've come down in price, so all
in all are very reasonable.
