EASI Webcast Highlight RFB&D's Steve Noble

Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic is the primier provider of textbooks
and professional books on tape and moving more and more into digital
formats.  Steve Noble describes a pilot study of RFB&D new digital format
with internet delivery using a grant from the US Commerce Department.  The
digital format permits synchronized digital text and digital audio.  This
gives the quality of the human reader and the power of accessing the full
electronic text.
