I'm in search of online learning opportunitie for an adult with cerebral palsy
in Indpls., IN.  He nearly has an associate degree in computers at a local
community college.

He has a lung disorder, and cannot go out in the winter.

He has reached his maximum financial assistance, after having taken some
classes twice.  Perhaps there are special funding sources that he is unaware
of.

He has full internet access.
