Google has let me DOWN!

I need some simple and what should be obvious statistics but I can't find 
them.  I know a librarian can do it!!!

I need some simple stats with a citation

1 percentage of Americans with disabilities at a recent date
2 percentage of postsecondary students with disabilities date and citation
3 is there 1-2 articles somewhere discussing these?
