There will be a Midwest Summit on Africa in Chicago from Wednesday,
September 23rd through Sunday, September 27, 1998.

Major areas to be discussed:

-   Economic Development, Trade & Investment, and Job Creation
-   Democracy & Human Rights
-   Sustainable Development, Quality of Life and the Environment
-   Peace & Security
-   Education & Culture
