President Bush has taken responsibility for the Katrina debacle, at least as far as the Federal Government is concerned. What does that really mean?
Does it mean that he will lose his job, or will he resign? Will his pay be cut? Will he fire a scapegoat? (Oh, by the way, one head's rolled already!)
Will he be spanked? (I surely would like to see that!)
Will somebody please tell me: what does it really mean for the president to take responsibility? Is it just political double talk?
