My Fellow Africans...

The legislative situation in Nigeria is another sad
day for Africa and indeed it is troubling. Why will
Obansanjo encourage the Nigerians legislature to amend
the constitution and make way for a third term. Is
second term not enough for him? That is the reason why
we have few African leaders alive today on the
continent..

Hat off to the Vice President who is standing against
his own party and telling the Legislature not to amend
the constitution. He is a man who is looking into the
future and does not want chao to start in Nigeria.

I applaud the US government for taking a stance
against such selfish behavior on the part of Obansanjo
and his socalled followers in the national
legislature.

All peace loving Nigerians and Africansshould condemn
this act and say no to Obansanjo and his cronies in
the National legislature.

Long live Africa and long live the Nigerian people.

Isaac T. Settro
