JOINT MEETING OF AAM EXECUTIVE & AFEST PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEE

Members of the Executive and African Festival Planning Committee are all
invited to the above meeting.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 2:00 pm, Sunday  July 16, 2000.
The venue is Abou Bakarr Amara's residence at 5010 Oak Valley Dr.  in the
East side of Madison.
Should this venue require change, you would be duly notified.
Please contact Abou Bakarr Amara at 244-3580 should you need direction to
the venue.
