The Following statement is not true and Celiacs should be aware that the
basic ingredient in Matzo is "wheat". The basic recipe is for bread, but
then it is "unleavened" or not allowed to rise.

"...- Many pointed out that Pesach (Passover) is the best time to be on
a GF diet "since wheat and its derivatives are forbidden", so it is
often easier to be GF and find GF products..."

"MOST" Passover products DO contain Matzo in one form or another.
However, there are a number of Passover products that are NOT made from
Matzo in one form or another. These are called Gebrocht and use NO
Matzo derivatives; such as, matzo meal or cake meal in their
preparation.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL and READ THE INGREDIENTS. And as always, if in doubt
- DON'T.
