Hi

I called Cake Mate Decors today and was told all of their cookie
decorations, red and green crystals etc.  and their Cake Mate
decorations in a tube are all gluten free, they use corn starch.

Be careful to read labels because they used to use  wheat starch
and I notice there are still some old ones around. 1-352-622-3134
