Hi!
I have been on the list for a while and this is my first question.
About 2 years ago my problems started with indigestion and nausea. It
was a period of lot of stress for me, and I had also had had
vaccinations for hepatitis, polio and tetanus 4 months before my
trouble started.
Anyway, it took me a year to discover that I have a food intolerance.
Before,I was always able to eat everything. My Celiac test was
negative, but I excluded gluten, felt better for a while, and then
worse again. Then I decided to exclude deary and meat, and since
November last year I am leaving only on vegetables, some fruits
(berries, pineapple, bananas) and nuts.
Last month my doctor has found that I am low on iodine and cobalt
(vitamin B12).Iodine supplement has taken away my tiredness in a 2
weeks, but recently I started reacting to carrots and potatoes, as
well as some nuts. So the things are getting worse and I really don't
know what to do.
Any comments welcomed.
