To all who requested a summary re the "wheat grass" issue,

Several of you stated that since gluten is contained in the grain kernel
and grasses don't contain the kernel, grass juices are "ok". Some
celiacs have used them with no problems. One brand mentioned was
"Knudsen's", a drink that contains wheat grass.

Several people who have "wheat allergies" had problems with the drinks,
even tho literature states they should also be able to drink them.

Also, I'm getting the impression that the drinks might not be good for
anyone who has gut "inflammation" from any source..........the freshly
made stuff (health food store juice bar) is high in fiber and can be
very irritating to some people, even tho it is touted as an
anti-inflammatory!!! So........use caution!
