I have recently started a gluten-free diet and struggle reading the labels
to determine if they are GF. I often see posts that people contact the
manufacturer directly to inquire the GF status of a product. I am certain
that I have not asked all of the questions I need to when talking with the
customer service agent. What questions need to asked to be sure there is no
gluten in the production of their food?
