Hi Eveyone I used to be able to drink wine without any major reactions
to it but not now however; one glass of sherry is too much, and more
than one glass of white wine makes me really ill.
I am wondering why my tolerance level is dropping; whether this is a
reaction to the sulphides, or the changing processes for wine-making
or what. If anyone can shed any light on this or has any suggestions
I would appreciate it
I have been gluten-free for close to four years and am doing well.
