Is glutamic acid, one of the amino acids in food supplements, gluten? I've
been taking Bio-Reu-Rella, which is 100% pure Chorella-Pyrenoidosa. It was
prescribed by an herbalist for metal detoxification. It contains 150,000 mg
glutamic acid, a food supplement. I suspect that it breaks down into the
offending agent in gluten.
