I am attempting to make a trifle for a Christmas Party
this weekend. While I find it easy to make good gf sponges
I have a sister who is allergic to eggs and hasn't eaten
trifle for about 23 years.
I ambitiously stated that I would make a gluten and egg
free trifle for a family gathering. One attempt so far at a
butter cake using egg replacer was not very successful.
Any suggestions would be very welcome.
