Mackerel is one oily fish.  So is salmon. Yellowtail, , snapper and some
fatty parts of tuna, ...scallops are oily... finally sardines and
swordfish....tell me if you need more.

Problem is, in the US they are so all dried up and poorly handled you'd
never know it.  I subscribe to "Sakana Internet Magazine."

Due to my low cholesterol, I could really go for some LIVE MAINE right now.
