I have a few questions for the more experienced Paleo eaters out there.

1. Pemmican - I've stumbled across a recipe for pemmican made out of
fruit and honey. Anyone else ever tried this? They also say that suet can be
substituted for the honey, any thoughts? Can someone explain Pemmican? Not
the recipe, what is it? Do you just eat it like it is? What's the skinny
(story) on this stuff? I found a bit of useful info. By doing a web search
on "Pemmican", not exactly what I was looking for though.
2. Tomatoes - what's the verdict on these? Paleo or not?
3. Anyone eat raw meats from a supermarket? I did this up until I read
Ray's book last week. He says that you shouldn't eat meats from the
supermarket raw. I assume that this is due to handling concerns. I didn't
feel ill from it, then again I could've just gotten lucky.
4. Fruits - What's the general feeling on fruits? I eat lots of fruits,
all varieties.
5. Chinese food - I eat lots of Chinese foods, no rice, mostly just the
seafood, chicken, beef, and vegetable dishes. No heavy sauces, or else I
tend to rinse them off before I eat the meal.
6. Hot peppers - I like to eat hot peppers, usually Jalepenos covered
with Habeneros smothered in a vinegar free hot sauce. (okay, an
exaggeration, but I do like to eat hot peppers) Are these peppers Paleo?
7. There are several types of Olive oil on the shelves around here -
what's the type I should use? Currently I use just pure Olive oil, then I
discovered virgin Olive oil. What's the difference?

TIA,
Chuck
