  There seem to be three options:

1.  Set up trusts between the two domains.

2.  Set up duplicated accounts/passwords across the two domains.
This is a lot of work, and you may dioscover accounts by the same
name in the different domains already, belonging to different users.

3.  Reconfigure everything as a single domain; you can reduce the
trans-Atlantic traffic by having at least one BDC in NY.  But this
means not only resolving account-name collisions, but also machine-
name collisions too.

  On the whole, trusts look like the way to go.
