Any covered container.  A pottery or china dish with
a lid on it.  Any kind of jar with a wide enough lid to get
a spoon into it.  You wouldn't want to pour the hot lard
into a plastic container (and I prefer not to use plastic),
but once it cooled you could do that  (but  plastic is not
paleo :-)
