I totally agree. Stevia is my first choice of sweeteners, its made from
leaves. With all the changes I have made in mine and my family's diet,
I have made all of us much much more healthy. For example, my 11 yo, no
more asthma, my 12 year old, more energy and 6 pounds loss plus she is
out of special education and in a normal 6th grade class. Due to Paleo?
I'm not sure, she has an auditory handicap. But she is doing fantastic.
My 16 yo, no changes but he was never into sweets and such anyway. As
for my own health.... after going from 150 to 240 in as little as 7
months, I have gained control over my Graves Disease, have started
losing weight, where nothing had worked
in the past, and my heart palpations caused from Graves has settled down
so much, my Dr took me off beta-blockers =o] I think I am doing
wonderful on this program, even though I am a newbie and still have
questions all the time. I love all the help I have gotten here, and
special thanks go out to Ben, Wally and Michael for their extra help. My
goal is to eventually remove all the sweet stuff from my diet. Small
baby steps, I'm getting there =o]
