When I garden, I make compost out of our food waste. Using just fruit and
veggie waste products. No meats should go in there. I made my own
compost bin. It hangs on an axle and I just use a big handle to turn it
over. Easier than turning the stuff with a pitch fork. Plus it
decomposed a lot faster that way. I subscribe to Organic Gardening.
Great magazine.
