I have dry grasss fed organicaly raised beef from highland cattles ( very
old prehistoric looking breed from scotland , with long hairs and big
horns). they are very lean animals. i sell it for 45 canadian dollar the
pound which represente 6 pounds of fresh lean meat.
In the summer i have dry salmon too ( prices changing with species from 35
cnd dollar the pound to 9 0 cdn dollar. in fall i have shrimps too
everything is dry at low temperature ( below 105 farheneit) to keep the
enzymes alive .
i am eating only raw foods, so will be interested ,because you are in
california if you know any sources of really raw organic nuts in the shell
pistachios almonds etc. ) i want them completly "undenatured" ( it is
rarelly the case)
thanks and welcome to the list
