I agree with all of this, but the point is that ketosis doesn't
mean that you are burning *body* fat.  This is why the Eades --
correctly, in my opinion -- do not bother about ketosis and are
in fact on record as saying that it is irrelevant to weight loss.
You can burn body fat when not in ketosis, and you can fail to
burn body fat while in ketosis.
