Green leafy vegetables - good fiber, low carb

E.g. 1/2 cup raw spinach: 6 calories, 0.8 gm protein, 0.1 gm fat, 1 gm
carb, 1.1 gm fiber

Nuts

E.g.

1 oz walnuts: 170 calories, 6.8 gm protein, 15.8 gm fat, 3.4 gm carb, 1.4
gm fiber

1 oz dry roasted almonds: 164 calories, 4.6 gm protein, 6.8 gm carb, 14.5
gm fat, 3.8 gm fiber

Another trick is to eat roasted pumpkin seeds - shell and all. but be very
careful to chew it well and drink lots of water.
