Dear Paleopeople:

Can anyone answer this question for me:

My last triglyceride reading was 34 ("Normal" range is 50-200). Is this too low?
Can that be just as bad as too high? I've been paleo since August. This reading
was done as part of a total cholesterol reading which came after a 15 hour fast.
Total cholesterol reading was 189 (HDL 79, LDL 110). I go again in March to
recheck. My total daily carbs intake is about 40 g.

Thanks,

Judy G., cavegirl newbie
