I am sure that would have earned an Emmy for undercover journalism. Ahem. :-)

I am sorry Ray. I saw The Vikings (with Kirk Douglas). Satan will
ice-skate to work before I kiss a hawk. You are a brave, brave man.

Nah, you have to wear short pants and lots of brightly colored sweaters.

Ray, I thoroughly enjoyed the segment and I hope it enables you to sell out
on your current printing. But I was a bit concerned by the emphasis on
saturated fat. The skinniest people may eat the most fat, but only in the
absense of heavy insulin levels, meaning carbs, sugars and such. This
(rather important) distinction really did not come across. You know you'll
get beaten up for that and lumped in with Atkins. Granted, Ornish espouses
a vegetarian diet. But if you had emphasized *lean* meats, olive oil and
the fruits, nuts and vegetables I wonder if the Neanderthin rebuttal would
have been as vehement.

Still, hard to argue with the venue or the free advertising.
