Thanks for the responses to my questions about the fat. Last night as I laid
down for bed, another question popped into my head. If the suet in the
stores is made from the same types of beef in the stores, wouldn't this
stuff be bad for you? I'm assuming the suet would be from grain fed beef. I
did finish reading Neanderthin two nights ago, but this wasn't discussed. If
I can mix up a batch of this pemmican and practically live off of it, then
I'm going to make it a big part of my diet. Or, is there reasons to avoid
eating too much of it? According to the book, you can live off the stuff all
by itself. So where does the Omega 3's come in? I'm gettin' confused. Since
I can't carb load off of grains like I used to, I figure my body can benefit
from the concentrated amounts of fat. Any thoughts? Opinions?

Someone had mentioned Arnold and the Zone earlier. I wouldn't base my diet
after him either, they don't tell you about the dosages of illegal steroids
he used as a competitive bodybuilder, and he just had open heart surgery not
long ago. He's also appeared on the cover of Cigar aficionado, he likes his
Cigars. Definitely not my idea of a healthy lifestyle. What? You guys didn't
think he or Hulk Hogan got the muscles they have by saying their prayers,
eating their vitamins, and training real hard did you? Since he (Arnold) is
a buddy of Joe Weider and that whole circus, I'm sure he does follow the
Zone diet and recommend every other popular myth in the fitness/bodybuilding
realm. Mr. Injectable Anabolic and his pharmaceutical companions played a
huge role in both Ahhhhnold and Hulk Hogan's lives. Ever notice how most
muscle magazines (I call them muscle comic books, they truly are a laugh
riot) fail to mention the incredible amount of anabolic steroids needed to
look like the "Champs" in those pictures?
