Well, I know I have graduated to the next stage of paleoism.  I was
dining at friends tonight, and I only ate the meat and salad.  I drank
water and when dessert came around,  I passed up on it.  3 layer
chocolate cake.  It didn't even faze me.  Not the sight,  not the smell
and not others eating it.  And I am even getting ready to start my TOM
and no chocolate crave at all.  =o]
