Diary allergy may be triggered by any (or all) of the milk proteins.
For example, your daughter may be allergic to casein but not to whey.

Our house rule: "you do not take anything from anybody unless OK'd by us
first". We repeat it very often...

Don't bother, too much details confuses people. Just say "she has food
allergies and may react to trace amounts or cross contamination".
