Cantelope, strawberries, pineapple, grapefruit, tomatoes, grapes - are
pretty good food sources for calcium and magnesium. I find the fruits
easier to push than the veggies like brocolli or collard greens when it
comes to toddlers :-)
I don't know what you are using as a milk substitute, if any, but most
are fortified with calcium and Vit D.
