The following is from an article currently on the home
page of www.celiac.com.  I thought it would be of
interest to anyone dealing with casien
intolerance/allergy.

"Further, caseinate will have to be identified as a
milk derivative in the ingredient statement when it's
used in foods that claim to be non-dairy. According to
the FDA these new requirements will help people who
have special diet restrictions."
