Sorry, I forgot to delete out the butter reference in the directions (it was about 5
am when I sent the message). I have never used butter or a butter substitute--just
the ingredients I had listed. It is not necessary to include butter unless you're
looking for extra calories! But, if you are so inclined, the recipe originally calls
for 1/4 cup melted butter.
