Dear Martine,
Greetings to you from Colorado!
I too am European, now living in America, with a 3 1/2 year old dairy
insensitive son. The bad news is food stuffs are INCREDIBLY different here,
and the language makes it even harder.
I have never heard of your brand of formula, but hopefully someone who is
American and knows about these things will be able to help you with that one.
You may end up having to bring it with you.
Fast food chains are EVERYWHERE, and one that I have found helpful is called
ARBYs because they have a full ingredient list in each store of everything
they serve. It is also available I think on the web.
I get rice based "ice-cream" in a health food store called Wild Oats. I don't
know what sherbet is either.
I have checked all my non-dairy crackers and cookies, and they all contain
soy, so I'm not much good to you there I'm afraid.
The very best luck to you. I hope your family has a great time and manages to
find foodstuffs for your little one.
Hilda
