P.S. As far as I know, the information in Eaton's 1985 paper that
domesticated beef contains virtually no EPA as compared to a level of
approx. 4% of total fats in wild game is still correct. If someone else
knows otherwise, a post with any updated information including full source
citation would be appreciated. (It's possible Loren Cordain's group might
have updated figures based on their lab analysis of elk and perhaps other
wild meats, but I don't have such information at hand.) Thanks,
