Read ISHMAEL and MY ISHMAEL by Daniel Quinn for a lucid explanation of
hunter-gatherer "philosophy." The related web site is www.ishmael.org.
Actually, hunter-gatherers don't have "philosophy" as we know it. They don't
rely on abstracta to find meaning in life as do more sophisticated civilized
peoples. Mythology and religion are all they seem to need in this regard.
