This is by far the best statement in the thread.
Ultimately the Paleo Diet is for practical purposes, the idea is not to become
someone who opposes "evil grains".
I know that some people can't get involved in anything unless there is an "us"
and a "them", a "good" and a "bad", but that is not only not necessary, but
counterproductive as well.
(This despite that fact some of the people promoting grains may indeed be
villains...)
