I'm about 90% convinced that the Paleo diet as
>presented in Neaderthin is solid. The 10% doubt I'm faced with is the
>assumption that we know what mankind ate many many years ago. How do we
>know?

may be reverse the percentage put 90 percent toward questionning everything
with <a should i , ,may i , can i eat this> question and with time the
answers will become clearer and clearer . keep 10 percent toward a sens of
the direction to go .

Mindfullness is the opposite of knowledge! it is wisdom.
