I've made Ray's mayo many times. I use one slight variation...high
quality red wine vinegar for the lemon juice. I can't stand lemon! I've
also made extra large batches of the BBQ sauce. Packaged and froze some
of it for later use. It's great! I've also tried the catsup...very
tasty.

BTW, when I checked Amazon this afternoon...Ray's book had moved to #27!
I'll bet it's even better now.
