I am by no means condemning Ray for eating any non-paleo ifoods. I
am also the last person to pass paleo-judgement on anyone as I eat my share
of non-paleo foods from time to time. I guess I was a little shocked as I
always thought that Ray was hard-core paleo (he may be...I could be
mistaken). Adopting the paleo woe has changed my life for the better, so I
think Ray is great no matter what.
I am aware of the recipes for mayo and bbq sauce. However, I have
made three attempts at making paleo-mayo for my wife and failed each time.
I can't get the oil to mix with the egg using a hand-mixer. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
