Ha!! I can see no way this person can back that up. I for one had the most painful periods of my life when I was in peak physical condition. I was very thin, very athletic, very fit. I was also young and prepregnancy which I think made them worse. But, I would have two days a month when I had to stay home from school/work because I would be in such agony I could not even stand up. So, I think that observation is totally without merrit. Just something else to scare you.
