Another recommendation is the new _Protein Power Lifeplan_, by
Michael and Mary Dan Eades. This book is excellent and presents
the paleo diet in terms of three levels of commitment, rather
than an all-or-nothing approach. But what is more important, the
book contains a wealth of information on many paleo-related
nutrition topics.
