oh, mag, you have my sympathy, my knees, my ancles and toes all predict the
weather. it is enough to make you want to live in the dessert where it does
not change as much.
   is there anything that makes it better at all? i wish i could tell you of
something to help. i use a heating pad and also hot water soaks. hard for
you to use that one on the knees though unless you just got in a tub of hot
water. helps a little.

hang in there with it.
