In response to Nancy in Texas, I haven't tried those enzymes,
but I find the Previal Acid-Ease enzyme formula very, very helpful,
especially if I have a flair of Celiac symptoms when I thought I
was totally gluten-gree.

Health food stores used to have it and no longer do, so I order from
