Hi everyone. Here in New York, in the dairy case of every grocery store I go
to, is Kozy Shack pudding. They make rice pudding, chocolate pudding and
tapioca. AND THEIR LABEL EVEN SAYS GLUTEN FREE RIGHT ON IT!! Now, I am not
a fan of pudding so I have never tasted it but my husband, four year old and
two year old (he's the one with celiac) LOVE it. They suggest sprinkling a
little cinnamon on the rice pudding to jazz it up a little. I am just happy
that I can buy a product my son likes, in a regular grocery store, that is
labelled gluten free. You could've knocked me over with a feather when I
first found it. Thought I had died and gone to heaven. It certaintly makes
my life easier when I can get good GF food in a grocery store.
