this month's issue of Taste of Home magazine has a blurb thingy on cooking
businesses in the back, profiling Gifts of Nature (www.giftsofnature.net)
(no, i am affiliated with them in no way at all absolutely period not), who
make GF baking mixes and stuff. i thot it was pretty neat that a mainstream
cooking mag (admittedly, the only one i regularly read) would consider this
topic.
